Bay of Bengal Golf Resort Hotel Company Ltd.  was established since 2007. And it is a part of Suntac Group which has several subsidies including Suntac Technologies, Suntac Engineering and Construction, Themis International, Themis Travel and Tour and etc..

It has one of the best beach resort hotels namely, Bay of Bengal Resort in Ngwe Saung beach and one Eco-resort hotel, Nga Laik Kan Tha Ecoresort in Naypyitaw area that was established since 2012.

It is also operating two fine dining restaurants. One is Fratello Restaurant and Lounge, a western restaurant in Kamayut, Yangon and another is Ajishin Japanese restaurant at Myanmar Plaza, Yangon.
